Rental Terms and Conditions
Rental Agreement Duration
This Rental Terms and Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the customer (“Client” or “Renter”) and Darvia Party Rental, a party rental company (“Company”), as of the date of reservation. By placing an order or accepting delivery of any rental items, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

The rental period begins on the delivery or pickup date and ends on the agreed return or pickup date.

Late returns may incur additional fees.
Rental Items

The Client is responsible for inspecting the rental items upon receipt and notifying the Company of any damages or missing items within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, excluding normal wear and tear.
Payment Terms

A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon return and inspection of items.

Full payment is due before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any outstanding balance must be paid before the event.
Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup fees are additional and based on distance and complexity of setup.

The Client must ensure the event location is accessible and clear for delivery and setup. Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, or difficult access.

The Client or an authorized representative must be present at delivery and pickup.
Use of Rental Items

Rental items are for temporary use only and intended for the event date(s) agreed upon.

Items must not be altered, marked, or tampered with.

Tents and equipment must not be moved once installed without company approval.
Damages, Losses, and Cleaning

The Client is responsible for all rental items from delivery until pickup.

Charges will apply for missing, damaged, or excessively dirty items.

Linens should be returned dry and free of food or debris. Do not launder linens.
Weather Policy

The Company is not liable for weather-related issues. The Client assumes responsibility for safeguarding rental items during inclement weather.

Tents and inflatables should not be used in high winds, heavy rain, or hazardous weather conditions.
Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled more than 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund minus a cancellation fee.

Orders canceled within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Custom orders or special items are non-refundable once booked.
Liability & Indemnification

The Client assumes all responsibility for injuries or damages arising from the use of rental items.

The Company is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or accidents resulting from misuse or negligence.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the rental.
Permits and Regulations

The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the event.

The Company is not responsible for fines or penalties due to lack of permits or violation of local ordinances.
Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, labor strikes, or other unforeseeable events beyond its control.
Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.

Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By signing or submitting a quote request, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rental Terms and Agreement.
