Understanding Our Payment Timeline
To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit ensures that your chosen items are reserved exclusively for your event date. If you have any questions or need to discuss alternative arrangements, please contact our team.
Rental Fees
Rental fees are the base charges for each item and are determined by your selected rental duration — daily, weekly, or monthly. These fees will be itemized on your invoice.
Quote Approval & Invoicing: All rentals require an approved quote before an invoice is issued. Once your quote is reviewed and finalized (including delivery fees and any security deposit), you will receive an invoice via email.
Security Deposit
A refundable $50 security deposit is required for most bookings to cover potential loss or damage.

If an item is lost or damaged, the full replacement cost will be charged.

Same-day bookings do not require a deposit.
Delivery & Pick-Up Fee
A transportation fee will be applied for the delivery and pick-up of items to and from your event location. This fee varies based on distance and accessibility.
Non-Refundable Deposit
For all non–same-day bookings, a non-refundable deposit of $25 or 20% of the total rental amount (whichever is greater) is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your total invoice.
Late Fees
If rental items are returned after the agreed-upon time, a late fee may apply. This fee will be calculated based on the duration of the delay and the rental terms.
Installation Fee
If installation or setup is required, an additional installation fee will be applied. This covers labor, equipment, and, when applicable, permit costs.

Non-Refundable Payments: All confirmed bookings are non-refundable once paid.

Security Deposit: The $50 security deposit is fully refundable if all rental items are returned on time and in acceptable condition.

Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of severe weather, we may offer a rescheduling date. Refunds will not be issued due to weather.

When renting from Darvia Party Rental, please be aware that local sales tax will be applied to your total rental cost. Additionally, delivery fees may vary based on the distance and complexity of the setup required. Customer Cancellations:

More than 14 Days Before Event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

7–14 Days Before Event: 50% refund.

Less than 7 Days Before Event: No refund.

Company-Initiated Cancellations: If we must cancel your rental due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, including any deposits paid.
